J&J MedTech hires a small number ofrecent and upcoming graduates (Dec 2026) each year, and applications are nowopen for our January 2027 Sales Training Program (STR). It’s a great way tostart a career in Medical Device Sales.The program includes one year at our corporate offices in NewJersey or Cincinnati, followed by placement in California as an Associate SalesRepresentative (ASR). Candidates must be flexible on location within California. Placement is based on need at the time of promotion. After 8–12 months as Associates Sales Reps, they are typicallypromoted to Full-Line Account Executives.
