As a Summer Sales Representative, you’ll receive hands-on training in direct-to-home sales and learn how to communicate with homeowners, build relationships, negotiate, overcome objections, and close deals. You’ll work alongside a team of motivated, driven individuals in a competitive and supportive environment. What You’ll Do Represent Aptive and introduce premium pest control services to qualified homeowners. Meet with homeowners directly and identify their needs. Develop strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills through hands-on experience. Build relationships and confidently present solutions to customers. Work independently while being part of a motivated team of college students and sales professionals. Set and pursue ambitious personal and financial goals.
