This 12-month rotational trainingprogram is an entry-level training program for candidates with limited or noprior LTL or transportation operations experience. What you’ll need to succeed as anOperations Management Trainee at XPO Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalentmilitary experience Minimum 2.5 GPA High level of stamina,adaptability and grit - you'll be challenged daily, balancing operationaldemands, learning new skills quickly, and stepping into leadershipsituations in real time. Willingness to work a flexibleschedule, including nights, weekends and holidays Willing to relocate withinregion upon successful completion of the program  Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree in SupplyChain, Operations Management, Business or a related field Demonstrated leadershipexperience through internships, academic projects, athletics or workexperience Experience working on a dock orsimilar field operations environment Strong communication,problem-solving and organizational skills  About the Operations ManagementTrainee job What you’ll do on a typical day: Expect long, active daysprimarily on the dock, working alongside frontline teams in a physicallyand operationally demanding environment. Participate in a 12-monthManagement Training operations rotational program, with assignmentslasting 1 - 5 weeks each across all major functions including fieldoperations, linehaul, maintenance, and support functions Participate in the internalCommercial Driver's License (CDL) school and forklift certification duringthe program Learn and perform thefoundational job functions, skills and responsibilities of each rotationalassignment Complete dedicated leadershiptraining at key points to prepare you for leadership on the dock duringand post-program Work alongside freightoperations supervisors, dockworkers and field leaders to gain hands-onoperational experience Communicate consistently withthe program manager, reporting manager and mentor Meet weekly goals, learningobjectives and performance milestones Take initiative to learn XPOoperations through online resources, observation, and hands-on experience  Operations Management Trainees are required to: Successfully complete all fieldrotation assignments with a strong foundational understanding of eachfunctional area Obtain all requiredcertifications, including CDL and forklift certification Develop and deliver a Capstoneproject and presentation at the conclusion of the 12-month program Demonstrate readiness forfrontline leadership    Program start date is January 11,2027. Upon successful completion of the program, Operations Management Traineeswill be promoted to Freight Operations Supervisors at a location within theirassigned region.   Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until all openpositions in this location are filled.
